Connect Claude to Business Central

It takes about five minutes. You need Business Central online, the Bee Solved AI Assistant installed and switched on (see Getting started), and any Claude plan (the Free plan allows one custom connector).

Step 1: Copy your connection URL

  1. In Business Central, search for Bee Solved AI Assistant and open the page.
  2. Make sure Uses Claude and Enable Bee Solved AI Assistant are ticked.
  3. Choose Copy Connection URL. It looks like https://mcp.beesolved.ai/mcp/<environment name>.

Each environment has its own URL. To use more than one environment, add a connector for each.

Step 2: Add the connector

On Free, Pro and Max:

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Choose + Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Bee Solved, paste the connection URL, and choose Add.

On Team and Enterprise (an owner, or on Enterprise someone with a role that can manage connectors):

  1. Open Organization settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add, point to Custom and choose Web.
  3. Name it Bee Solved, paste the connection URL, and add it.

Each person then connects it for themselves (step 3).

Step 3: Sign in

Choose Connect and sign in with your Microsoft work account. Claude now works with your Business Central permissions.

Step 4: Turn it on in a chat

In a new chat, open the tools menu and make sure Bee Solved is on. Then ask a question.

Step 5: Ask your first questions

  • “Which customers are overdue, and by how much?”
  • “What is our gross margin this month compared with last month?”
  • “Which items are below their reorder point?”
  • “Put customer 10000 on credit hold.” (You’ll see a preview to confirm.)
  • “Build the management pack for last month.”
  • “Send me the overdue invoices every Monday at 8am.”

If something doesn’t work

You signed in with the wrong accountDisconnect the connector in Claude and connect again with your work account.
A company is missingBee Solved must be switched on in each company. Ask your administrator.
